Unlike spring elevators, Hydraulic Elevators can be set to any height regardless of the load. The unit is controlled by a dual foot pedal station, which when depressed will raise or lower the lifter.  RotoLift Hydraulic lifters are available in a number of configurations – standard units are available in 1 and 2 tonne load capacities.  RotoLift’s hydraulic lifter’s unique design allows our units to be set up with a number of options.  We can supply a simple flat bed / top (standard), Rotary top, or if required, our 1 tonne units can even be supplied with a powered rotating top.

Hydraulic tables are used to handle loads safely and easily, as repetitive or heavy lifting by your operator can be dangerous and slow. The operator is in full control at all times.  By depressing the foot controller pedal, your operator can raise or lower the table top to the desired height smoothly, quietly and efficiently.

The risks of back or musculoskeletal injury to workers can be dramatically reduced by setting your loaded product to a specific height that suits the operator for the best picking or packing height.
